About the Facility

Guthrie Troy Community Hospital, one of the six hospital campuses in Guthrie's integrated system, is a Critical Access Hospital that provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services to its community.

In 2013, Guthrie opened a new state-of-the-art facility to replace the original structure built in 1950. Our goal was to create an environment that promotes safety, comfort, exceptional outcomes and efficiency. The hospital features patient rooms with attached bathrooms to reduce infections and improve communications, privacy and sleep.

About the Community

Cortland, NY, is a city of 17,556 and home to a quaint downtown with a collection of attractions, restaurants, accommodations, and recreational activities. Cortland County is the Eastern Gateway to the Finger Lakes Region and is located midway between Syracuse to the north and Binghamton to the south. This area is home to two centers of higher learning, SUNY Cortland and Tompkins Cortland Community College.
